Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a purchase from The AI Creator Lab (operated by Crown Peak Creative AI), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to one-time digital product purchases and to the first payment of a membership.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout, or email us at support@aidigitallab.crownpeakcreativeai.com and we will raise it for you. You do not need to give a reason.
How long it takes
Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers typically take 3-10 business days to show the funds.
Memberships and renewals
You can cancel a membership at any time from your billing page and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.
Access after a refund
When a refund is issued, download links and member access for that order are withdrawn, and you must stop using and delete the files. Any affiliate or program commission earned on the order is reversed.
