Affiliate Terms & Agreement
1. The agreement
By joining the Crown Peak Creative affiliate program you agree to these terms. You promote our digital products and memberships using a personal referral link, and we pay you a commission on qualifying sales made through that link.
2. Commission tiers
Your commission rate is set by your current tier. Volume-based tiers are applied automatically from your trailing 30-day referred sales. Higher tiers (niche publisher, site manager, broker and auction payouts) are granted manually by Crown Peak Creative. Rates may be updated with notice; the rate in force at the time of the sale applies.
3. Tracking window
Referrals are tracked for 90 days from the first click on your link. Last-click attribution applies. Digital products are not subject to sales tax charged by you — we handle all tax obligations on our side.
4. Payouts
Payouts require a completed payout method (PayPal, Wise or bank transfer) on your affiliate profile. The minimum payout balance is $50. Payouts are reviewed and released manually, normally within 14 days of request.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
Commissions on refunded, disputed or charged-back orders are reversed automatically. Commissions are held for a review period before approval.
6. Fraud and abuse
Automated checks monitor for self-referrals, duplicate card and repeat-buyer patterns, abnormal refund rates and suspicious click activity. Flagged commissions are placed on hold for manual review. Confirmed abuse forfeits all unpaid commissions and ends program membership.
7. Promotion rules
No bidding on our brand terms in paid search, no spam, no misleading claims, no coupon or cashback sites, no purchases through your own link, and no impersonation of Crown Peak Creative. Marketing assets we provide may be used as-is; you may also create original content.
8. Termination
Either party may end the relationship at any time. Approved, unflagged commissions earned before termination remain payable.
